Founder philosophy
Operators are often not the problem. They are often compensating for the problem.
My career has repeatedly shown me the gap between the official process and the real process. People are often working hard inside systems that make success harder than it needs to be: unclear standards, weak handoffs, bad layout, poor feedback loops, unreliable data, reactive maintenance, or capacity assumptions that were never designed around demand.
Kaizen Controller exists to close that gap. The work is about translating customer demand into process requirements, translating operator frustration into design requirements, and building systems that can actually perform.
