Services

Coaching-first support for real systems, real projects, and real growing pains.

Kaizen Controller is built around coaching as the primary service right now, with selective consulting and advisory support when the scope is clear and manageable.

Team

  • Takt and capacity thinking
  • Root cause analysis without blame
  • Daily management and visual systems
  • Maintenance, quality, and production handoff improvement
Selective

Advisory / Light Consulting Support

Consulting is available selectively for focused problems, not broad full-time transformation work. The best fits are narrow diagnostics, dashboard structure, maintenance workflow design, and short implementation sprints.

Current emphasis: coaching and practical support, not crisis turnaround or financial restructuring.

Fit boundary

Clear boundaries make better work.

Kaizen Controller can intake operational concerns and help clarify the nature of the problem. If the situation is primarily financial distress, restructuring, bankruptcy pressure, or crisis-level operational turnaround, the right next step may be referral to a trusted partner such as Colin Baird / 5 Why Leaders.

The goal is to put the problem in the right lane instead of pretending every case fits one service model.

Start with a fit conversation.

Bring the challenge. We will sort whether it is coaching, project support, advisory work, or referral territory.
